SO and Glenard went to judge high school science fair today. They started this last year when our co-worker Rami sent them the invitation form, which supposedly you get every year after you attend once. I didn’t go since I decided at the last minute that I want to attend, but faxed in my application form too late.
SO got $20 Amazon gift certificate, which he passed onto me. I’m so excited! I’m going to get a Madeleine cake pan and maybe a couple of Dreams Come True CDs. I’ve got one of their songs stuck in my head all day. The problem is, since it’s in Japanese, I have no idea what they’re singing about, just the tunes… It’s probably from the early 90’s and more than one Taiwanese artist have done covers on it… Anyway, I’ll probably get a couple and hope that the song’s in one of them.

I seriously think that series is too much for me. Gosh, all that drama…
It took me a week after finishing episode 2 to move on to episode 3. At the end of ep 2, the guy’s toes were about to cut off. So during that week I convinced myself that someone will pull some kind of stunt, and no one will get hurt. Well… his toes did get cut off in the beginning of ep 3… Now they’re thinking about gutting his stomach.
Don’t people in prison just want to quietly wait till their sentences are over?

I try to upload a few pages everyday. Correctly speaking, I try to rewrite a few pages everyday. Added the recipe collection page as well as adding to the travel section today.

After being back for a couple of days, I thought I would adjust back to normal working schedule. But these couple of morning’s been painful. After finally getting to work “on time”, I started slipping again, barely making to the morning meetings. Horrible…
Life suddenly seem infinitely easier though, for no apparently reason. What was really difficult are not real easy. Reviewing the DCS ICP progress or the upcoming RMS CT mod, I feel a lot more clam and in control. I guess the work I did last month really paid off. Either that or I was overreacting before.
The PE is really starting to freak me out though. It’s less than a month and I’ve been hardly studying. Furthermore, there are no good study guides out there. I went to the bookstore last night, desperately trying to find a better book to explain either power engineering or computers and electronics (I don’t care which at this point), but was woefully disappointed. Popular study guides are the SAT and AP exams. There are maybe half a dozen books on the GRE, GMAT, or LSAT, and another dozen on passing the test to become a fire fighter or police officer… Gosh, didn’t know they need to take a test.
I’ve also started do draw Tarot cards in the morning, to indicate the day’s mood. I got Temperance in reverse yesterday, and the Tower in reverse today, so I’m especially mournful throughout the day. I think most the cards kinda point towards my PE studying habit, which has been steadily declining. But I’m a little bit more cheered up now, thinking that if I just relax, the studying should become easy as well. Hopefully this attitude will last.

Started to populate the travel pages.
It’s hard to switch format. Since I started with a certain display before, now I want to stick to it but can’t seem to figure out how to do frames in WordPress pages… Anyway, check back often.

Gosh, after using Front Page for so long, it’s really hard to go back to hard coding. On the plus side, it’s a lot prettier.
Anyway, I haven’t figure out a way to put an entire database in a WordPress page… so only the trade list is up. Look under Hobbies and Interests -> Elongateds Collection
