About
I was born in Taipei, Taiwan and was raised there until the 5th grade. I completed 6th and 7th grade at Clauge Middle School in Michigan while my mother was finishing her Ph. D. at the University of Michigan. After going back to Taiwan, I attended Sacred Heart from 8th through 10th grade before returning to Michigan where I completed my high school education at Cranbrook.
I received my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan, School of Engineering, where I majored in Electrical Engineering. Right out of college, I was hired by American Electric Power and I worked at Cook Nuclear Plant for 5 years. I got a Master’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University while working at CNP and I also got my Professional Engineering license from the state of Michigan.
I enjoy horseback riding, ballroom dancing, cooking, and traveling. My boyfriend (SO) and I bought Emerson Acres in early 2006 and we’ve been kept busy with maintenance and improvements. One of my most endearing traits, according to SO, is my highly fluctuating emotions.
The best way to contact me is through email. SO and I screen all calls at home and we throw away anything that looks like junk mail.
